— first experience in consulting, ideally in the context of workplace, change
— ongoing studies in architecture, interior design, work/organizational psychology,
business/communication sciences or a comparable course of study
— empathy and structural thinking
— moderation skills and conceptual strength
— enjoy complexity, curiosity for new methods and a soft spot for space and design
— very good German and English skills
