WHY YOUR EXPERTISE?
You’re a good fit for us if you:
— have about 5–8 years of relevant professional experience
— have already taken independent responsibility for and managed projects
— have gained initial experience in providing technical guidance or leading colleagues
— confidently design and facilitate workshops
— quickly grasp complex issues, present them in a structured way, and communicate them clearly
— think strategically while acting pragmatically
— have a keen sense of people, organizations, and spaces
— are strong in conceptual thinking, enjoy working with complexity, and are curious about new methods
— take on responsibility and thrive in a dynamic environment
— are eager to make a tangible impact as part of a small, high-performing team
WHY THIS POSITION?
Because you’ll take on responsibility and play a central role in our team as a second key project lead:
— A key member of our team with responsibility for challenging projects in the
areas of workplace, retail, hospitality, and transformation
— Direct collaboration with clients, designing participatory formats, and
developing strategies
— Independently leading projects, from concept to successful completion
— Independently managing and leading consulting and transformation projects
— Developing customized workplace, retail, and organizational strategies
— Planning and facilitating workshops with management teams, user groups, and
project stakeholders
— Conducting analyses, interviews, and user surveys as a basis for
strategic decisions
— Translating strategic requirements into concrete spatial, cultural, and
digital measures
— Facilitating change processes and providing support during implementation
— Providing professional guidance, development, and supervision to junior team members
— Contributing to business development as well as building and maintaining client relationships
— Your professional background is secondary to us, what matters most is that you think in a transdisciplinary
manner and effectively bring together different perspectives
