Because professional construction management requires a lot of practical experience:
— Completed education as an architect, civil engineer, construction technician (or equivalent).
— At least 5 years of professional experience in the management of complex construction projects           
— Business management thinking as well as analytical and structured working style
— Leadership skills and empathy
— Ability to work in a team, negotiating skills and organizational talent
— Flexibility, willingness to work and travel
— Good user skills in MS-Office
— ideally knowledge of a calculation and accounting program
             such as Arriba, iTWO or Asta Powerproject

— Independent responsibility over quality, schedules and costs for on-site construction projects
— Drawing up schedules and obtaining quotations 
— Awarding construction contracts 
— Invoicing and cost control of construction projects
