— Completed training as an architect, civil engineer, construction technician (or equivalent)
— 3-5 years of professional experience in managing complex construction projects
— Business-oriented thinking as well as analytical and structured working methods
— Leadership skills and empathy
— Teamwork, negotiation skills, and organizational talent
— Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
— Good user knowledge of MS Office
— Ideally, knowledge of a calculation and billing program such as iTWO
