— You advise our customers in project management around the topics of sustainable building and
               operation, Circular Economy as well as Green Finance
— You develop climate protection roadmaps and sustainable operation concepts and are   
               responsible for the ecological consulting and construction, from design and
               implementation planning  and execution planning, support in execution planning and
               awarding of contracts, and to material control on the construction site  
— You also prepare life cycle assessments (LCA) and life cycle calculations (LCC)
— You are responsible for the implementation of building certifications according to DGNB; LEED,
               BREEAM, BNB and WELL as well as the implementation of cradle-to-cradle projects

As a sustainability manager, you support and advise our clients, building owners, project managers and planning teams in all project phases in the implementation of sustainable and future-proof building projects and certify the most sustainable concepts. 


Because sustainability is also one of your core values You bring the following with you:
— You have successfully completed a degree in architecture, energy management,   
              climate engineering/design, civil engineering, building ecology/physics, technical building  
             building equipment, or comparable
— You have profound knowledge in the fields of building construction and material science
              and have a basic knowledge of energy design and technical materials science.

— In addition, you bring professional experience in the supervision of
              building certification projects, e.g. DGNB, LEED, BREEM, BNB.  
— You also have a good command of English, as well as very good MS-Office skills
— You are quick on the uptake and think and work in an analytical and networked way 
— Furthermore, you are characterized by a high level of consulting competence and the ability to work in a to work                 in a transdisciplinary way
