— Switchboard and reception
— Hospitality for visitors
— Mail distribution and general correspondence
— office organization
— Switchboard
— Support of the team with defined organizational and administrative tasks

 

Your profile:

— Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience
— Open-mindedness and enjoyment of dealing with people
— Structured, organized way of working
— Team spirit
— Good English knowledge
— Very good knowledge of MS Office
