WHY THIS POSITION?

Because in this central, varied function you are our figurehead and first point of contact for our customers, visitors, business partners and employees.

— You are the friendly contact person in our switchboard
— You receive and entertain our visitors
— In addition, you will support the management and our teams with defined organizational
              and administrative tasks
— The maintenance of customer data is part of your tasks as well as the distribution of mail and other
              organizational tasks
— You will also assist with scheduling and travel planning.
 

WHY YOUR EXPERIENCE?

—  You have a completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector or in the field of gastronomy/hotel industry or
              alternatively a corresponding professional experience. 
— Ideally, you have gained professional experience at the reception desk
 — You are a rock in the surf, flexible, solution-oriented and resilient and always open and friendly
— You keep track of the different requests and tasks thanks to your structured and organized way of working

—  You have very good German and good English skills, very good knowledge of MS Office and a
              car driving license
—  A basic technical understanding (e.g. for the operation of media technology) rounds off your profile.
