WHY THIS POSITION?

— You will design the activities in social media recruiting and university marketing and ensure their
implementation
— You coordinate applicant management and maintain candidate relations
— In the area of recruiting you will support our departments

— You will also take responsibility for operational tasks (e.g. seminar organisation, onboarding and
offboarding, etc.).
— As a project member, you will have the opportunity to help shape our processes during the introduction of
our personnel management system,
