— You are studying economics, business education, business psychology or a                      comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on HR management
— Initial practical experience in the field of HR is desirable 
— You have a structured, organized and solution-oriented way of working and love                working in a team
— You are experienced in using MS Office applications


Because you will gain a generalist insight into HR processes and have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping them:
— You will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, gaining an insight into the full        range of HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
— You will take on subtasks of the various processes independently
— You will support our team by independently contributing new ideas for the further               development of processes
