Your tasks:

— In cooperation with the project managers, you are independently responsible for the commercial
              project handling
— You will prepare the project-related reporting (result forecast, project reports, target/actual comparisons)
— You will be responsible for creating invoices for clients and third parties, as well as for checking
              and assigning accounts payable invoices.
— In addition, you are the contact person for project managers and the management and support
              the controlling and financial accounting departments.


Your profile:

 — You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree and have some
              practical experience, ideally in the construction or real estate industry
— Knowledge of VOB and HOAI is an advantage, furthermore you have very good knowledge of
              MS Office, in particular Excel. 
— You work responsibly, flexibly and purposefully and have analytical thinking skills as well as a
              good command of English
— Furthermore you are a team player
