Firmly anchored in Berlin for four years, we are now a transdisciplinary team of architects, interior designers and designers with 25 employees. Our portfolio is broad and includes public buildings, residential, hotel, commercial and administrative buildings, mostly mixed-use and located in the city center.
We are looking for the right captain to lead our crew. The cooperation will be closely linked to our flagship in Stuttgart.

We have been operating successfully for more than 30 years at four locations with a total of around 250 colleagues nationally and internationally. What particularly distinguishes and profiles us is the close networking of diverse disciplines, starting with the design strategy as the basis of our planning activities. Building on this, we also cover the areas of communication design and general planning, from urban planning to architecture and interior design as well as product design with our subsidiaries. Value consciousness internally and externally as well as down-to-earthness and eye level with our clients determine our actions.
If you have appropriate experience as a competent architect* in a leadership position and local networking and want to grow further in this dynamic team, then the management of our Berlin office would be your challenge.
We expect all-rounder qualities with knowledge of different building typologies and all service phases of the HOAI as well as experience in personnel and organizational leadership. In addition, you should cultivate our local networking in the industry, which we have built up and lived in the past
