Because the challenges on the construction site are the salt in your soup:
— You will manage construction projects on site on your own responsibility and ensure quality, on-
               time and cost-justified execution of all work on the construction site. 
— In addition to drawing up schedules, obtaining bids and awarding contracts for the construction
              services you will invoice the construction projects and be responsible for cost control.
— You are in continuous coordination with clients and their representatives


Because professional construction management requires a lot of practical experience:
— You have completed your education as an architect, civil engineer, construction technician (or
              equivalent) and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the management of
              complex construction projects
— Business management thinking as well as analytical and structured work are among your
— You have leadership skills, empathy, the ability to work in a team as well as
              negotiating skills and organizational talent
— In addition, you are flexible and willing to travel
— You have good user skills in MS-Office and ideally knowledge of a calculation and accounting
              program such as Arriba or iTWO, as well as in an scheduling program such as Asta Powerproject.
